My dream job

 Hi, this time I'm going to write about my dream job. 

Since always i have loved cooking, so my dream job is to become a chef. I imagine this like a new world for me, because now i'm studying social sciences, a very different carreer. 

In one moment of my life I almost take the decission to study  "gastronomy", but after to think more about it, I decided didn't, because it is a very demanding job. 

I imagined being a chef like a work where you are constantly traveling, learning new recipes and meeting many cultures and people. I thought  this job could me permised  traveling around the world, but there are things that i didnt considerate, like  the time, the starting salary and the working conditions. 

For be a chef, you need cooking skills. If you don't good to the beginning, the way is so hard, because the space to learn to be a cook is very limited and the teachers are very strict. Also, you need to be patient, because the work in the kitchen is stressful. I decided not to be a chef, because beyond of the salaries which can be low or very unstable, i wanted a job that permitted me help to people, help people in other areas. So finally, I decided to study sociology. 

I love my career, but it will always be my frustrated dream to be a chef. Now it's just a hobby for me.
